Traditional Interviews

In this format, applicants are usually interviewed by one person, who could be a faculty member, student, community member, or program director. Interviewers may ask pre-planned questions or tailor their questions to your experiences.

Modified Personal Interviews

In this format, you are assessed by several interviewers, including faculty members, program directors, students. community members, though not at the same time.

Panel Interviews

In this format, you are assessed by several interviewers at the same time. Selected candidates are therefore vetted from different perspectives all at once. Although this format can be stressful, it reduces bias and ensures consistency.
